Terms & Conditions

These trems and conditions can be updated at any time by TSI

1. All orders / courses must be confirmed in writing / email / fax with a purchase order number or signed by an appropriately authorised person.

2. TSI Ltd reserves the right to cancel open courses should insufficient numbers be attending. TSI Ltd will make every effort to notify you at least 7 days in advance if this should occur.

3. The instructor/tester reserves the right to dismiss any delegate should they disrupt the course / training / tests or be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

4. TSI Ltd operates an equal opportunities policy and will exclude, after warning, any delegate who abuses any other student or member of staff on the grounds of race, religion, sex or age.

5. The timings for all courses / training / testing starts at 08:00 till 16:00 daily

6. Student should arrive at TSI Ltd 15 minutes prior to their course / training / test starting

7. Any student taking a CPCS Test should arrive at TSI Ltd 30 minutes prior to their test

8. No refund will be given should delegates fail to arrive, leave early, fail to complete the course or fail to achieve the criteria required for successful completion of the course/ training / tests.

9. Should you cancel tests or course places with TSI Ltd, the following cancellation fees will apply:

   a, More than 14 days prior to start of course / training / tests – No payment required

   b, 7 to 14 days prior to start of course / training / tests – payment required for registration fees and

    administration to the value of £100.00 + VAT per candidate and any registration fees all ready paid by TSI Ltd.

   c, Less than 7 days prior to start of course / training / tests – Full payment is required, including the

   registrations and vat

10. Training cards/certificates will be issued upon full payment of invoice unless special arrangements have been made in advance with TSI Ltd.

11. Candidates will be expected to arrive with suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as for site work or listed in the booking confirmation letter / email / fax.

12. Should TSI Ltd need to provide PPE for delegates, extra costs may be passed on to the client.

13. If the client provides the venue, equipment or any materials and these do not meet an acceptable standard then TSI Ltd reserve the right to cancel the course / training / tests and full payment to TSI Ltd will be required from the client.

14. Any problems which do arise will be resolved by discussion and negotiation if possible, if not by the terms listed here.
